Our Impact

At Grit, Grace & Glow (G3), we serve foster and adopted girls by meeting them where they are, with care, creativity, and community support that builds confidence and changes lives.

We don’t just offer resources, we provide reminders for resilience, dignity, and purpose that stay with a girl long after the moment passes.

Ignite Resilience (Grit):
We help girls tap into their strength and learn to rise above challenges with courage.
  • Pair them with mentors who model consistency and hope.
  • Host virtual Glow Circles to build emotional resilience and peer connection.
  • Share confidence-building tools through workshops and digital resources.

Affirm Dignity (Grace):
We create spaces, physical or virtual, where girls feel seen, safe, and celebrated.
  • Promote self-care and emotional wellness through Glow Kits and community-led initiatives.
  • Teach healthy boundaries, communication, and relationship-building.
  • Replace shame with belonging, showing every girl she’s worthy of love and respect.

Awaken Purpose (Glow):
We help girls imagine bold futures and equip them to step into them with confidence.
  • Offer goal-setting tools through our Glow Goals Wall.
  • Encourage creativity, career readiness, and leadership through enrichment resources.
  • Spark ambition through arts, STEM, and acts of service that light the way forward.
